Equal Stage — Diversity & Management

Organized in partnership by the Swiss Polymers Cluster, Swiss Triple Impact / B Lab Switzerland, HEIA-FR, and BEF (Fribourg State Office for Gender Equality and Family Affairs), Equal Stage is a working morning reserved for leaders and top management members, dedicated to diversity within leadership teams.

This initiative brings together the private, public, and academic spheres around a central issue of performance, attractiveness, and governance.

Designed as a peer-to-peer exchange forum, the event is rooted in the operational reality of businesses. The program includes: short, targeted presentations, two parallel interactive workshops, a cross-reporting session, and a collective summary.

Six speakers from industry, higher education institutions, and public bodies will share concrete experiences and proven practices from diverse environments: high-end watchmaking, industrial SMEs, technical universities, and cantonal administration.

Two optional workshops will explore key current questions: how to attract, retain, and develop female talent? How to build a more egalitarian corporate culture that sustainably promotes work-life balance?

By the end of this morning session, participants will leave with a shared vision of the challenges related to diversity in management in Switzerland, tools directly transferable to their organization, and a network of decision-makers sharing a concrete and operational approach.
